Ingredients of Italian Risotto

  1. Prepare 1/4 cup of butter.
  2. Prepare 1 of medium onion, chopped.
  3. It’s 1 stalk of celery, very finely chopped.
  4. It’s 2 cloves of garlic, minced or mashed.
  5. Prepare 1 cup of Arborio rice (or uncooked white rice).

  7. With rice now just tender, add the peas, and mix. Remove from heat and add the parmesan cheese and mix thoroughly..
  8. Transfer the creamy rice to a bowl or plates, and enjoy..

Risotto is a creamy Italian rice dish usually made with Arborio rice. It can be a little time consuming but it's worth it. This is a dish that will impress guests.
